David Frame
David Frame is a man of many distinctions. He may be the only wrestler in the history of the sport to have wrestled at Heavyweight in high school (Northfield, MN) and then 125 in college (Mankato State). He has been a drafter for ____ years and goes by many names: “Framer,” “Frim-Fram Man,” “Impaler on door knobs,” and now “Hall of Famer Framer.” He was the Donkey who long ago introduced the “Tool Box” as an appropriate setting for the Donkey traveling trophy. He served with his wife, Claire, for two tours of duty in the Peace Corps in Africa and while there earned the distinction of coaching the African Continent championship wrestling team. He and his wife also hitch-hiked across the continent with a donkey, perhaps a precursor to future achievements. He gives added meaning to the literary concept of a “Frame” story, and blows out of the water the notion of six degrees of separation. He can do it in four—easily.
